We are pleased to inform you of some exciting changes in Chancery Court. All orders that were entered June 29th 2012 and after are available by email. We will automatically email all orders that have notice of entry requested. A hard copy is available upon request. Check out our new website: www.rcchancery.com. * The site offers lots of useful information including a “Forms” section where you may download summons, subpoenas, and many other forms. We also provide links to several websites that you may find helpful. *Delinquent taxes may be viewed and paid by credit card. There is an additional fee of 2.2 % plus .30 cents per transaction. *Our court dockets are also available on the site at least 2 days in advance of the hearing. Sealed cases are not posted. Changes made to the dockets after posting will not be reflected on website. Please feel free to contact our office at 898-7860 with any questions regarding our website. We are continuing to work on improvements to serve you better.
2011 Bar Dues are due. Dues are $60.00, $10.00 for law students, and may be
paid at the luncheon or by mail to P.O. Box 1451, Murfreesboro, TN 37133.
We are asking that you provide a completed membership form whether you are a
new member or are just renewing your membership. This information will allow us
to update our membership information and make certain you continue receiving
newsletters and other notices. A membership form is attached to this newsletter.
The RCCBA golf committee has met and selected Friday, August 5, 2011 as the date for the Sixteenth Annual Golf Tournament to be played at the Indian Hills Golf Club. We plan to have a lunch buffet starting at 11 AM, with a shotgun start for golf at 1 PM. Please ask everyone to get this date on their calendar and start rounding up their teams.
